At one point on the NoeTorious Kid Mixtape, Noe poses the question "Now, Do ya'll really think its Jay-Z?" (See: "NOE, NOE, NOE"). Well ya dude, kinda. The Byrdgang affiliate does sound a hell of a lot like a young Young Hov. The flow, the delivery, the cadence. Yep, you sound like Jay homie. It doesn't help matters either that you choose "Can I Live?" and "Dead Presidents" as instrumentals. Not to say that there aren't things to like about this Whoo Kid/Jim Jones hosted tape. The Baltimore native definitely holds it down long enough with his solid storytelling ("I Love My Bitches") for you to occasionally forget that it's not Jay but in fact Noe, Noe, Noe.
